Blueberry Muffins



Ingredients:
¼ cup oil
½ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
½ cup sugar
1 ½ cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Approx. 1 cup blueberries

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400. Beat egg. Stir in milk and oil. Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened. Batter should be a little lumpy. Add the blueberries gently after the ingredients are mixed.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar after baking
