I didn't really follow a recipe for this one - I just checked the internet for various suggestions for pepperoni rolls, and then did the following:
Thaw a loaf of frozen bread dough in the refrigerator, then let it sit out at room temperature for a little while to warm up and rise a little. Roll it out into a rectangle and brush it with olive oil. Layer with cheese and pepperoni, and sprinkle it with basil and oregano. Roll it up and put it on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Brush the top with a beaten egg and sprinkle Italian seasoning on the top. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Let sit for a few minutes, then slice and eat with heated pizza sauce.
